Finally Completed

The Truck Wash Guys have completed our research on Truck Detailing
Facilities. We ran the unit in conjunction a Franchisee and called it "The Truck
Detail Guys." We then studied the sales for both wholesale and retail and ancillary
markets for de-identification work for many large companies including UPS, Tip and many
other major players.
Working with International Truck Sales, Western Star, Select-A-Truck,
RUSH Peterbuilt, Navistar, Freightliner, Fruehauf and many independents. You may recall
when we started this test project three years ago in Denver.

What did we learn. Pricing, efficiency, hibernation techniques, ancillary service,
chrome shop sales, labor times for various jobs, best tools, shop space per dollar earned
ratios, scheduling, best sales techniques, signage tips, labor supply factors,
fluctuations in truck sales, receivable estimations, uniform fabrics, products and
materials. Yes, we know the best way to detail anything now.
After running this facility for two years and studying the industry
one year we now have the knowledge in that sector to ramp up quick as soon as the trucking
industry returns to full strength. Steve Lampe has been to many Show and Shine Truck
Shows.
